(A) Indirect inguinal hernia is lateral to inferior epigastric vessels and above the femoral artery and vein.
(B) Direct inguinal hernia medial to the inferior epigastric vessels and above the femoral artery and vein.
(C) Femoral hernia medial to inferior epigastric vessels and compressing the femoral vein.
